A message from the founder of Magdalena L. Wedding & Event Planning:

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to browse our past work and for allowing me to virtually introduce myself. I have been dedicated to the world of event planning for over seven years and understand that the key to success is having patience, love, dedication, respect, and the main key – listening to my clients needs. I have worked on small and large projects in the wedding, corporate, and special occasion fields, along with a variety of cultures and backgrounds. From Catholic, Christian, Hindu, Jewish (Orthodox), Muslim weddings, to traditional, modern, whimsical and unique themes for events. Listening and communication is a strong pursuit of mine and, being as open-minded as I am, I can assist with creating truly magical events. I work with a team of trained assistants who have strong organizational skills, take direction well, have creative and artistic qualities, and who can put themselves in a client’s perspective. Allow us get to know your wants and needs for your upcoming event!

Fun Fact: My first taste of planning actually happened when I coordinated my first social gathering at just 9 years old. Being the little adventure seeker that I was (and still am), I organized the very first block party/picnic on my street in Poland. I displayed & handed out fliers with the event details to children in the area, purchased all of the food and beverages, set up a barricade around the event space, made different entertainment stations (Barbie Play Area, Massage Area, Hair/Makeup/Nails Spot, Dance Space, & Sports Section), played music, and made a cover fee of 1 złote (less than 1 cent) per guest. Believe it or not, kids actually showed up! Not only did I make a ton of new friends, but I was so happy seeing everyone having fun.

I had the pleasure of coordinating fashion shows and photo shoots for a top women’s special occasion dress designer, ALYCE Paris. There, I coordinated fashion shows for the b2b and b2c clientele, which held over 200 guests in the audience. Some duties included: creative concepts, invitations, venue/hotel negotiation, décor, marketing materials, blogging, booking models, managing VIP’s/Press, hiring entertainment, all within a set budget. At ALYCE I also coordinated two music videos: “Gone Girl” by Payton Rae and “Dreams” by Peyton Sanders, one of which I selected, managed, and styled eighteen leads and handled over 100 extras.
I also had the privilege to work in California for Realty ONE Group, a real estate company that is number one in Orange County, Arizona, and Nevada. I coordinated details of events such as Conferences, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, Charity Events, Surprise Parties, Manager Meetings, & Employee appreciation events that catered to 50-100+ guests. Besides the common event planning responsibilities, I secured vendors and sponsorships, which allowed the event(s) to be more budget friendly.
Besides working for fashion and real estate, I do have a wide background in food, beverage, and sports trade shows.
